“Pomegranate Seeds” comes from the myth of Persephone, who is considered a feminist icon. In some interpretations of the myth, she chose to eat the seeds in order to have a place in the underworld and not be forced back to the overworld. Additionally, pomegranates are compared to how hearts look because of the chambers, and it’s also considered an aphrodisiac.Is this zine for profit?
Yes, and once we're closer to pre-orders, we will determine exact prices.How will contributors be compensated?
At minimum contributors can expect to receive a free digital copy of the zine. Assuming the zine breaks even, contributors will also receive a free Full Bundle. Should sales go exceedingly well, additional compensation may also be available.Is this zine going to be PDF only, hard copy, or both?
The zine will be both PDF and physical for purchase.Is this zine SFW or NSFW?

The zine's interest check shows it will be a mix of both! So while it will be preferred for both to be girls, some contributors may choose to draw/write only one of the two as girls.Who are the mods?

Unfortunately, with this zine having a NSFW add on and it being for profit, the contributors are required to be 18 years or older.What are contributor requirements within the zine?
Writers will have a word count of 3k (with some wiggle room of 500 words, if needed), Artists will be asked to create at minimum a piece for the SFW primary zine or a piece for the NSFW PDF add on (depending on pitches, there may be a cap on 2 page spreads/comics!) and are welcome to do both, and Merch Artists will be asked to create 1-2 merch items.Kind of a NSFW question, but will mild kinks be allowed on the add on?
Yes, we will be allowing mild kinks in the PDF add on. Hard kinks will be a no, and we've listed them as follows: No piss, scat, vomit, body horror, vore etc. Additionally, all characters must be 18+ for the NSFW add on. We will also be tagging CW and TW in the table of contents and under the titles.
